A NUMBER OF BEAUTIFUL SITES AVAILABLE FOR RENT! To rent a site your RV must be either a Class A motorhome or a 5th wheel. It must be a minimum of 30 ft long, and no more than 10 years of age. Sorry no exceptions. Rental Rates vary depending on the location, and the amenities available for your use. If you rent a property with amenities for a week or more we require a minimum security deposit of $300.00. Some premium sites have a higher deposit. We will refund the deposit the day before you leave if the site is in the same condition as your arrival. HOLIDAY WEEKENDS: require a 3 day minimum stay & the daily fee is an additional $10.00. Holidays that fall in this category Thanksgiving, July 4th, Memorial Day, and Labor day, New Years Eve We are a pet friendly resort allowing up to two pets per site. We have a terrific dog park as well. When you call to reserve a spot we will need the type, length and year of your RV, the date you plan to arrive and the date you plan to depart. Once you have picked your spot we will email your rental agreement. When you arrive at the resort there will be no need to stop and check in with us. Drive straight to security where your pass will be waiting & a map to your site. Security will need to see your Drivers License and proof of insurance for the vehicle you are driving. Then you are on your way to a delightful experience. Please be aware you are renting someone else's dream spot. Most of our owners return to their paradise when they can.
